Account & Data Deletion

CurrentFlow Consulting LLC provides users with a way to request deletion of an account and associated personal data for applications and services that support user accounts.

If the application you use includes an in-app account deletion option, we recommend using that option first.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your CurrentFlow account and associated data, send an email to:

Please include the following information:

  • The name of the CurrentFlow application you use.
  • The email address associated with your account.
  • A clear statement that you are requesting account deletion.

Verification

We may need to verify that the person submitting the request is the account owner before deleting the account or associated data.

We may contact you using the email address associated with your account or request other reasonable verification information.

What May Be Deleted

Depending on the application and the data associated with your account, deletion may include:

  • Account profile information.
  • Account identifiers.
  • User-created application data.
  • Saved settings and preferences.
  • Other personal data associated with the account.

Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained when required or permitted for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or regulatory purposes.

Information that has been anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer reasonably identify an individual may also be retained.

Processing Time

We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period of time and in accordance with applicable law.
